BOOKKEEPING INSPIRED — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bookkeeping Inspired website, digital products, templates, workflows, modules, mini-packs, resources, and related content (collectively, the “Products”).
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any Product, you (“Customer,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the Products.

1. Eligibility

By using the Products, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • Will use the Products only in accordance with these Terms

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

All Bookkeeping Inspired content—including but not limited to workflows, templates, checklists, systems, modules, mini-packs, copy, graphics, designs, icons, and digital resources—is the sole intellectual property of Bookkeeping Inspired.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Products for your own bookkeeping or accounting business only.

You MAY:

  • Use the Products within your own business

  • Modify fields only as needed for your internal client work

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the Products with any third party

  • Transfer or give access to another bookkeeper, business, or contractor

  • Publish, upload, or post the Products in any shared drive or online platform

  • Remove Bookkeeping Inspired branding, disclaimers, or copyright notices

  • Claim the Product as your own

  • Create derivative products to sell or distribute

  • Use any Bookkeeping Inspired brand elements (icons, style, structure) to develop competing products

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate revocation of access and may lead to legal action.

3. AI Use Restrictions

To protect our intellectual property and brand integrity:

You MAY NOT:

  • Upload any Bookkeeping Inspired Product—including workflows, systems, templates, modules, or brand materials—into any AI tool, training model, prompt library, generator, or dataset

  • Use any Bookkeeping Inspired images, voice, likeness, or video in AI tools

  • Use AI to recreate, reformat, clone, or generate derivative versions of the Products

  • Use AI to build competing products, workflows, or templates based on Bookkeeping Inspired content

All Products are protected by copyright and are not authorized for AI training, modeling, or reproduction.

4. Product Use and License Limitations

Your license is intended for one individual business only.

If you wish to use the Products within a team, agency, or multi-bookkeeper firm, a separate license may be required. Please contact us to arrange the appropriate licensing structure.

Unauthorized redistribution or sharing is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer — Educational & Informational Purposes Only

Bookkeeping Inspired Products are designed to support your business workflows and provide educational value.
However, they do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Always consult with qualified professionals for guidance specific to your business or client needs.

Your use of the Products does not create any client–professional relationship with Bookkeeping Inspired.

6. Accuracy and Personal Responsibility

We make every effort to provide high-quality resources.
However, we cannot guarantee:

  • That the Products are error-free

  • That they will produce any specific financial, business, or operational result

By using the Products, you accept full responsibility for how you implement them and for any outcomes that result.

7. No Guarantees of Results

Business growth and operational improvement depend on many factors outside our control.
You understand and agree that Bookkeeping Inspired makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Revenue growth

  • Client acquisition

  • Efficiency gains

  • Business performance

Customer testimonials are illustrative only and not promises of future results.

8. Limited Refund Policy

We offer very limited refunds due to the digital, instantly accessible nature of our Products.

Refunds MAY be granted only in the following situations:

  • Accidental duplicate purchases

  • A technical issue that prevents access and cannot be resolved by our support team

  • Wrongful or unauthorized charges

Conditional Refund Window (Only If No Downloads Occurred):

If a refund is requested within 3 days of purchase and the Product has not been downloaded, accessed, or opened, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buying a Product with the wrong expectations

  • Realizing you do not need the Product

  • Patterns, templates, or workflows not matching your personal preferences

  • Not implementing or using the Product

  • Discount requests after purchase

  • Any Product that has been downloaded, accessed, or opened

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

9. Electronic Communications

By accessing the Products or contacting us, you consent to receive emails related to:

  • Product delivery

  • Account or purchase information

  • Support replies

  • Newsletters (if opted in)

You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or resources.
We do not control, endorse, or guarantee these tools and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookkeeping Inspired is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of income, business, data, or opportunities

  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Products

  • Your reliance on the Products

  • Any implementation outcomes

If liability is ever established, it is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Product.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookkeeping Inspired, its owners, contractors, and team members from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your use of the Products

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of intellectual property

13. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke access to Products without refund if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You share, resell, or redistribute Products

  • You upload Products into AI models

  • You engage in harmful or abusive behavior toward our team or community

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Revised Terms are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Products constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
